On May 30, 2024, the Colorado Department of Revenue, Division of Taxation, adopted two rules regarding electronic notices or other communications. The adoption was based on the public rulemaking hearing held on April 2, 2024.
Prior to the public rulemaking hearing, the Department solicited public comment on the rules from January 30, 2024, through February 21, 2024.
